Every year, air pollution causes around seven million deaths worldwide, primarily due to chronic respiratory illnesses, heart disease, and cancer. ClimAIr addresses this urgent issue by using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to explore the complex links between climate change, air pollution, and respiratory health.
The project collects detailed data on greenhouse gases, pollutants, and related health risks. With this information, ClimAIr develops an intuitive digital tool that clearly illustrates these connections. Additionally, this innovative platform provides actionable insights and practical recommendations for policymakers, health experts, and city planners. As a result, these groups will be empowered to create effective policies and significantly improve public health outcomes.
Trilateral Research plays a vital role in ClimAIr by applying its expertise in AI and ethical technology. Specifically, our team:
ClimAIr aims to significantly advance public understanding and management of the health impacts of air pollution and climate change. By the end of the project, the user-friendly ClimAIr tool will help:
Moreover, ClimAIr’s innovative AI-driven approach will lead to healthier communities, informed decision-making, and stronger public health strategies, reducing disease and improving lives. In fact, the project represents a crucial step forward in combating the effects of pollution and climate change. Consequently, communities around the globe will see tangible benefits in both health and quality of life.
